ABOUT US
JL Consulting was created in 2005 by Jake and Leslie Sikyta. Leslie grew up on a feedlot working cattle, helping with the bookwork, and windrowing hay.
Jake has followed his interest in agriculture since early in life. He worked for a local farmer in high school and later worked at a pivot dealership in Eastern Nebraska. These interests eventually brought Jake and Leslie back to their hometown of Ord working at Hackel Cattle in the family business.
